Ericsson secures antenna agreement with Optus to boost 5G performance and network energy efficiency
Optus and Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) today announced a strengthened partnership to deploy high-performance antennas designed to enhance the coverage, capacity, and energy efficiency of Optus’ 5G network.
Under the agreement, Ericsson will deliver Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) solutions tailored to Optus’ operational needs, building on the companies’ long-standing collaboration – helping to boost coverage and capacity for customers while supporting Optus’ sustainability goals.
